Field Sales Agent (National): This position is for those who enjoy their freedom and possess an ability to influence C level and upper management personnel. We offer a very aggressive compensation plan to start, which gets better as you attain measured levels of success. A solid candidate for this position should earn a six figure income first year. We have no ceiling on earning so once you get acclimated to the position & the industry itself, your earning potential becomes infinite. We estimate a learning curve of one week or less - many folks open their first account within a couple of days of starting with NMA.
Senior Regional Manager: Once you reach Top Performer status with NMA we offer the Senior Regional Manager position to those who would like to develop their own Regional NMA Sales Team. As manager of your own team you will receive full corporate support in national training, collateral etc... Not only will you be paid at the Top Performer Status level on your own accounts but you will also be paid an override on all revenues developed by your team.
