TeleMap™ Process Deliverables
NMA's TeleMap™ Process is the most thorough form of Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) available today. Once NMA is engaged, your organization will receive the following products and services at the pricing detailed below (please note NMA is 100% independent and does not resell services or hardware):
- Complete manual optimization of the entire voice & data network focusing on increasing capacity and redundancy while streamlining operations and associated costs (all of NMA's work is done off site) to include but not be limited to:
- Tariff, Tax, and Surcharge Evaluation
- Sub Account and Fee Analysis
- Contract evaluation
- Call Records & Traffic Study Evaluation
- Refund discovery & recovery
- Guaranteed Savings presented within 30 days & NMA Guarantees to have the entire evaluation process completed within 1 to 3 months (routinely results in a 20-40% annual expense reduction).
- 24 month TeleGuard™ Cost Containment Service - Two years of NMA's monitoring service at no charge. A minimum value of $10,000 (see pricing below)
- Custom Made TeleMap™ - Upon completion of the TeleMap™ Process, your organization will receive a tailor made TeleMap™ that will detail the cost, function, location, flow and terms of every service & circuit within your voice and data network. TeleMap™ will be delivered in Microsoft Word and can be easily modified to reflect any changes.
- Itemized inventory report - Along with TeleMap™, NMA will deliver an itemized inventory report in the format of your choice.
- Customer support Help Desk. Seven days a week access to one of our analysts
TeleMap™ Process Pricing
NMA's pricing structure is broken down into two distinct categories, network optimization (areas of recurring savings that will not generate refunds or credits) and Provider related errors (items that will generate refunds or credits).
- Recurring Savings: While analyzing your entire voice and data network, the NMA team will identify many areas that will optimize your network while reducing recurring expenses. Only upon your approval the staff at NMA will implement the cost cutting recommendations of your choice. Once NMA is able to prove and confirm that our expense reduction recommendations have been realized by your organization, NMA will begin the invoicing process. NMA's fee is 50% of the recurring monthly expense reduction(s) for a period of 24 month's which can be paid on a monthly basis. This means your organization will begin to realize savings immediately.
- Refunds/Credits: When your organization recovers and receives a refund and/or credit resulting from NMA's work, your organization will keep 50% of the refund and/or credit along with any interest that may be due.
TeleGuard™ Pricing:
TeleGuard™ is valued at up to 5% of your monthly Telecom spend. As part of the TeleMap™ Process however, TeleGuard™ is offered at no charge. Once the TeleMap™ Process is completed, TeleGuard™ is available and pricing will be based on your total monthly Telecom Spend - Your NMA representative will discuss TeleGuard™ pricing with you.
